23-Hour Crisis Observation Unit (Behavioral Health Crisis Center)

All guests coming to The Bridge Center for Hope enter through the 23-hour Observation Unit. The observation unit is designed for guests to stay 23 hours or less, and contains 16 recliner chairs set up for optimal observation. In this unit, all of the initial assessments are conducted here, and guests are monitored every 15 minutes for acuity. Assessments and treatment include, but are not limited to, clinical assessments, nursing assessments, psychiatric evaluations, individual and group therapy sessions, and peer engagement.
